Soft Structure: Designing for the Edges of a Room
Furniture for the corners, hallways and in-between spaces where a home is actually lived in.

Elin Marsh
Founder & Lead Designer
Walk into almost any home and look past the sofa and the dining table. Look at the corner beside the armchair. The wall by the front door. The long stretch under the window that never quite knew what it wanted to be.
That is where a home is really lived in. Keys get dropped there. Books pile up. Coffee cups wait. Collection 02, Soft Structure, is designed for those edges.

Three pieces, three edges
The Lune Side Table
Small enough to follow you around. Its round top is sized for a book and a cup, and nothing more, which is exactly the point. It moves from sofa to bedside to reading corner without a second thought.
The Hald Open Shelf
Built to be half full. Open on every side, it never closes a room in, and it quietly asks you to edit what you keep. Three deep shelves, a slim frame, and plenty of space around the things that matter.
The Mira Console
Long, low and made for the wall by the front door. It gives an entryway somewhere to land: a lamp, a bowl for keys, a mirror above. It works just as well behind a sofa or beneath a piece of art.

Structure, softened
Every piece in the collection starts with a strict frame: straight lines, true angles, joints that will not move. Then we soften it.
We wanted structure you can rely on, without ever feeling it push back.
Corners are radiused. Edges are eased by hand. Surfaces are sanded until they invite a palm to rest on them. The result is furniture that feels calm and steady at the same time.
How to use it
Place a Lune within arm's reach of every seat that doesn't have a table
Style the Hald with more empty space than objects, roughly a third full
Hang a mirror above the Mira at eye level to double the light in a hallway
Soft Structure is furniture for the in-between. And in most homes, that is where the living happens.
